How many people can The Hermitage Inn accommodate?

The Hermitage Inn will accommodate a maximum of  180 people for a cocktail style reception,

150 people for a seated dinner and up to 125 for a seated buffet.

Cocktail Style Reception:

The Hermitage Inn can accommodate up to 180persons for a cocktail style reception. This style of reception allows for up to 180 seats (unassigned), with buffet stations and passed hors d'oeuvres.  The Cocktail Style Reception encourages the most mingling among your guests, allows the greatest variety on your menu and has become our most popular style of reception.

Seated Dinners:

We can accommodate up to 150 persons for a seated served dinner (125 for a seated buffet)

utilizing the Main Dining Room and the Conservatory and/or The Hunt Room.

The Main Dining Room can seat a maximum of 100 people .

The Conservatory can seat up to 70 People

The Hennesy Room can accommodate up to 80 persons for a seated dinner.

The Hunt Room can accommodate up to 40 people for a seated dinner.

How much is the average cost for a private function?

Total cost for a private event can range from $65 to $130 per person, with the average falling at about $80 - $100 all inclusive.

The Hermitage Inn charges for food, beverage, 20% gratuity and 5% tax.  There is a separate room rental fee for use of the Conservatory.

Beverage is priced by consumption, and usually ranges $15-$25 per person for a 4 hour reception.
